The Water Resources Authority is one of the implementers of The Horn of Africa Ground Water for Resilience Project (HoAGW4R). They work in partnership with other stakeholders to promote Sustainable Ground Water management. They are implementing this project in the following 5 counties:
Garissa County
Mandera County
Wajir County
Marsabit County
Turkana County
